Dead On Arrival procedure can be claimed by the end customer or merchant. DOA does not cover software errors, BIOS updates, driver upgrades, and software reinstallations.
The procedure can only be carried out if all the conditions below are met.
DOA procedure for end customer: The end customer can claim the DOA procedure within 7 days from the date of purchase from their merchant. The defective device must be taken over by the merchant in its original packaging, without damage, with all the equipment that was included with the laptop at the time of purchase. When returning the defective device, the merchant is obliged to provide proof of purchase (invoice) and product return (report) in the DOA procedure. DOA procedure for merchant: The merchant has 30 days to claim the DOA procedure for a device after purchase from the supplier-distributor. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all the equipment included, without damage and with appropriate documentation - at least an invoice from the supplier.
