PRICE LIST

Price lists represent basic information with which we inform our partners about the offer, price and basic specifications of goods. Prices are in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Special offers are valid until stock is sold out! Errors are not excluded! Price lists are sent via email in Microsoft Excel format, and are also available via the website, which is accessible via an assigned password.

WEBSITE and B2B

Through our website b2b.bitset.si, we enable contractual partners, with the help of a password and B2B portal, access to price lists and specifications as well as inventory of our sales programs. The B2B portal allows the partner to order items, make reservations, view inventory and current prices, and review information about their unfulfilled orders. Sharing your passwords with non-contractual partners may result in termination of the contract and business cooperation between the buyer and BITSET company.

ORDERS

We send a quote in accordance with the buyer's wishes by email or regular mail. The validity of the offer is 48 hours. The partner can arrange a reservation of goods in agreement with the sales representative or via B2B - the reservation is valid for a maximum of 48 hours. If the buyer does not confirm it with an order, the reservation is automatically deleted after two days. Orders referring to our offer are accepted by email, regular mail or via the B2B online store.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

When issuing goods, we issue a delivery note. The buyer confirms receipt of goods by signing the delivery note. For orders with a value greater than 250 EUR + VAT, we organize delivery at our own expense via the postal service of the Post of Slovenia or our own courier service. For orders of smaller value, it is possible to pick up goods from the warehouse or the goods are sent at the buyer's expense via the delivery service selected and paid by the buyer. The delivery service picks up goods every day until 2 p.m. Warehouse working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. When delivering goods via a delivery service, the buyer confirms the delivery of goods by signing the delivery note of the delivery service, in accordance with the attached delivery note, which is attached to the delivery note. Complaints regarding delivered equipment are accepted by email within 8 (eight) days from the date on the delivery note.

PAYMENT TERMS

In the event that the customer does not have a payment extension, the goods are paid according to the quote at least 1 (one) business day before the delivery of goods. Based on the delivery note, an invoice is issued at the same time, which is sent by mail the next day. The payment currency is valid up to the agreed limit. If the buyer exceeds the agreed limit, the buyer undertakes that by settling the obligations exceeding the limit, they will obtain the possibility of a payment extension. The payment extension is determined based on the realized annual turnover in the previous year, the plan for the current year, the trial period of cooperation, the size of the order or a prior agreement based on the importance of the order. For certain programs, an additional discount can be obtained for advance payment, by agreement.

PAYMENT INSURANCE AND LATE PAYMENT INTEREST

In case of deferred payment, the buyer will, for payment insurance, before the commencement of this contract, submit a blank promissory note, guaranteed by the owner of the company, director or bank, with the appropriate promissory note statement, which will be submitted by BITSET company. If an advance payment applies to the buyer as a payment condition, then a blank promissory note is not necessary. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory late payment interest. The delivered equipment remains the property of BITSET d.o.o. until full payment (including any interest and costs).

a.) Session cookie
Essential for the operation of the system for managing and displaying content. This cookie ensures proper reception of electronic messages and content on the website. The cookie is deleted when the user leaves the website.

b.) Shopping cart cookie
With this cookie we preserve the contents of the cart even when you close the browser and open it next time. The contents of the cart in the cookie itself are not visible.

c.) Cookies for remembering user settings
We use cookies to remember user settings, such as a cookie that contains information about the acceptance or rejection of cookies.

With the help of these cookies we record visitor statistics. These cookies do not contain any personal information, they only serve to ensure the uniqueness of visits.
