Product return

The procedure can only be performed if all the conditions below are met:

The product must be returned in original packaging, without damage, without scratches or dents, with all accompanying equipment that was included with the product at the time of purchase. When returning the device, it is mandatory to enclose proof of purchase (invoice) and return of the product (report). The time within which the buyer can report damage, scratch or dent on the laptop is 3 days from the day of receipt. After three days have elapsed, the buyer confirms that the laptop from the new-regular and renew-refurbish program has no physical damage, visible scratches or dents. The purchase price will not be refunded in full if the product is not returned in the same condition as the buyer received it. Shipping costs incurred when returning ordered products are always borne by the sender.
