In order to prevent any potential misunderstandings in advance, we inform you of the information below.
At BITSET d.o.o., service is ranked at the very top of our priority list.
For products sold through our long-established trusted partners, we provide warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the highest quality. We undertake to carry out all warranty repairs within legal deadlines, even if the official service would not be able to resolve the case. Our partner's customer is our greatest asset and we resolve all service-related challenges accordingly.
Please note that warranty periods for brands are not the same everywhere and range from one (12 months) to five years (60 months).
When submitting a repair request, you must submit the following documents to the service:
1. properly completed warranty certificate (date of sale and seller's stamp),
2. description of the fault,
3. original invoice.
Non-functioning equipment with documentation can be sent directly to our address or delivered in person. If the required documents are not included with the equipment, we reserve the right to return the unrepaired equipment to the sender at their expense.

Saturday and Sunday: closed.
